HOW CAN I PAY?
You can pay your order by using one of the following payment methods: iDeal, Bancontact, Sofort or Credit card (i.a. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Carte Bleue, PostePay).
IF I PAY BY BANK TRANSFER, WHEN DO YOU SHIP?
We will ship as soon as we have received the full amount. Your payment should be transferred within 7 working days after the date of your order. During this period Wolff & Haslinghuis will reserve the items for you.
WHAT CURRENCY DO I PAY?
You pay in Euros (€).
ARE THE PRICES INCLUDING ALL TAXES?
The prices listed on the website are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT in the Netherlands. Any and all customs or import duties and/or local taxes are for your own account.
DO YOU REALLY SHIP FREE IN THE NETHERLANDS?

HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ITEM?
We currently ship our domestic orders within 3 days. Estimated delivery time in Europe 3 to 6 days, and outside Europe 7 to 14 days.
HOW ARE PRODUCTS SHIPPED?
We try to send out your purchase the next day after receiving your payment. Orders placed in the weekend will ship out on Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday). You will be notified with tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. Shipping times can vary based on delivery location. We ship, depending on your location, with the major shipping companies like PostNL, DHL, UPS and DPD.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We offer free shipping in The Netherlands. Within the European union shipping costs are €12.- and outside Europe €35.-
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancelation is difficult if authorized and processed real time. But if you need to cancel please contact our customer support service by email: [email protected] or phone: +31 6 44 016 232.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG SHIRT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please send an email to [email protected] and we will solve the problem!
CAN I CHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFRENT SIZE?
Yes! No problem. Please send an email to [email protected] and tell us which item; size, colour style you want to receive. We will email you all information how to return the received item.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not completely satisfied with your newest styles, you can change for another size, style or colour or you can return your items and we will refund your money. For all complete info please check the Terms & Conditions. Shortly the rules:
- Send us an email with in 14 days, if you want to change or return. What item did you receive? (order number, article number etc.) and what would you like to receive in return: colour, size, style. If you want to return your purchase, please tell us why. You will receive an email with returning instructions. Send your email to [email protected]
- Send your parcel within 6 days to us as instructed. Please enclose the original invoice and return form for us to identify returned items.
- All items must be in original condition and be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Including all hangtags, labels etc. Items not returned in their original condition will not qualify for a refund and won’t be accepted.
- Please note all returns MUST meet the following criteria: • Unworn • Unwashed • No scents • No rips or tears • No other signs of being worn • All tags must be attached • All original packaging must be included • No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted.
We recommend that you use our convenient and free returns service (with in the Netherlands) when returning or exchanging your purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of shipping, will be deducted from your refund. No returns are allowed on Final Sale items.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT ON SALE?
Our basic shirts are never on sale. Occasionally some limited items are on final sale. These final sale items cannot be returned at any time. Thanks for understanding!

WHAT IS MY SIZE AT WOLFF & HASLINGHUIS?
Our shirts have North European sizes, meaning fitting is a little bigger, and also our sleeves are a bit longer for a nice casual look. Ps) Are you wearing a sleeve length 7? Our shirts fit most of our clients wearing a 7. Just try ;)
